2012 SGGA

Okay ladies and gents - for those of you bringing CHILDREN: there will be 2 ladies babysitting in my room Friday night, Saturday during the day, and Saturday night.

This is NOT paid for by the SGGA and is NOT free... it will be YOUR responsibility to pay the babysitters something EACH TIME you pick up your child(ren) or UP FRONT if you choose.

It is also your responsibility to drop them off with anything they need - favorite toys or activities, bathing suits, snacks, etc. and to provide your child(ren)'s meals and beverages.

Sitting is available Friday night sitting from 6:30p to 11:30p, and Saturday from 7:00 am to midnight. There will be a sign in/sign out sheet in the room.

There is no set fee HOWEVER we really want to send these ladies home with at LEAST $100 each so PLEASE don't skimp ;-)

For those arriving early... don't forget! On Thursday, July 26th, 2012 at 5:30 pm. Interested parties can meet up in the hotel lobby and everyone will car pool to the downtown St Augustine area for a "group wandering" through the shops and galleries followed by dinner at a local eatery (possibly at The Santa Maria Restaurant), and then general camaraderie throughout the night back at the hotel for those staying there overnight. It's going to be fun! Y'all come join us!!

Don't forget... if you are coming the SGGA and you have filled out a registration form, your gliders will be provided with HPW Complete or BML (you choose on the form) for 2 nights for FREE. HOWEVER fruits & veggies are NOT provided and you will need to bring your own or get some after you arrive at a grocery store.

ALSO: if you do not fill out a registration form and choose a food for your gliders, then your food will NOT be provided and you will need to provide your own. SO PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS BY THURSDAY so that we have an accurate count of how many glider are coming and what food they need! THANKS!!
